FICOBA is located within easy reach of major transport routes and the French border. It lies less than 5 km from San Sebastian airport and the city’s RENFE railway station, 5 km from the SNCF railway station that connects the area to Paris, and just 20 km from the motorway leading to San Sebastian.

It is located in the unique region of the Basque Country, at the heart of the San Sebastian-Bayonne Eurocity and close to the Bay of Txingudi and the Basque coast.
