Auditorium

Rental of the AUDITORIUM includes the following:

Conference table (seats up to nine people) with three built-in screens.
Sound equipment: fixed microphones (up to six in all) and two cordless microphones.
Central desk (6x4.5 m) and 10.000 lumens UXGA laser projector.
One event hostess (up to four hours for half-day room rental and eight hours for full-day room rental) fluent in Basque and Spanish.
One sound engineer (up to five hours for half-day room rental and ten hours for full-day room rental).
Sound feed system.
Fully equipped stage.
The room may be arranged with seats or desk chairs or a combination of both. A fee of €190 will be charged for dismantling each row of seats.
