Rental of the Room includes the following:

• Conference table with seating for four people.
• Sound equipment: fixed microphones (up to four).
• One 2x2m wall screen.
• One 2500 lumens XGA projector fitted into the ceiling.
• One sound engineer (up to five hours for half-day room rental and ten hours for full-day room rental).
